• To use geolocation technology to activate the “Open Door” feature when the user is located within approximately 30 meters of the Ergoparking entrance.

   The app uses Google Firebase for secure data storage and management. Firebase helps support the app’s backend and ensures the protection of personal data.

   Ergoparking implements strict security measures to protect your personal data from accidental or unlawful processing, loss, or destruction.

   The personal data collected through the web app (go.ergoparking.gr) and the mobile applications on the PlayStore and AppStore will be retained for one (1) year after a possible request from the user for deletion. Users have the right to request the deletion of their data by sending a related request to info@ergoparking.gr or by calling the helpdesk at 2310 515 220 for further information. Account deletion in these applications is performed solely by the application administrators and only after a user request.The retention of data for one (1) year (name & surname, mobile phone number, email, license plate number) is necessary to ensure the ability to communicate with parking space customers in case of damage, theft, or other incidents at the ERGOPARKING premises (underground level -1 parking facility of the Central Macedonia Region).Transparency and User Rights:
   • Users have the right to request information about their data, as well as request corrections or updates to their data in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
   • Users can also request the deletion of their personal data at any time within the year, unless retention is legally required for other purposes (e.g., for enforcing legal requirements).

   Compliance with Apple and Google Policies:

   • In compliance with the requirements of Apple and Google Play, our app fully adheres to personal data protection policies. A privacy policy is maintained, and users are fully informed regarding the collection, processing, and management of their data through the applications. Data is stored and processed solely for the purpose stated in this policy and is available for deletion upon request.
